Robert Bower is the Chief Investment Officer for The Invictus Collective. Robert has over 20 years of diverse financial markets and institutional investment experience. His responsibilities include portfolio analysis and construction, performance attribution, investment due diligence and overseeing the firm’s trading activities. Robert also chairs the Investment Committee of The Invictus Collective.

Prior to joining The Invictus Collective, Robert was a Senior Portfolio Manager and Co-Head of the Private Markets group at Healthcare Services Corporation. He was responsible for developing investment strategy and allocating assets for the firm’s $25 billion corporate portfolio. In addition, he built and led the firm’s private equity and credit programs. Robert’s experience also includes working with the multi-family office at Promus Capital and running his own derivatives trading company at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Robert holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BBA in Finance from the University of Iowa. He has been awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, as well as the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation. He is very active with community and charitable organizations. He lives in Park Ridge, Illinois, with his wife, Christine, and their three daughters.
